Houseboat vacanze - pernottamento nei pressi di Amsterdam centro

Studio in houseboat, denominata "Alhena". Situato sul Levantkade, un bel posto sulla isola KNSM, 12 minuti in bicicletta o in autobus dalla stazione centrale. E 'completamente ricostruito coaster (coaster) del tipo "Wad e Sontvaarder. Lo studio ha un proprio ingresso dalla spaziosa cabina di pilotaggio. Al piano inferiore è una camera con letto matrimoniale e un letto supplementare. In cucina c'è un forno a microonde e frigorifero. Bagno con doccia. Un solarium dove potete rilassarvi. Bella vista sul canale con il passaggio delle navi. La connessione Internet wireless disponibile. Eventualmente si combinano con A138 (la parte anteriore della nave, adatto per 2-4 persone).

Zeeburg è situato nel nord-est della città, è il vecchio porto di Amsterdam, dove il caffè e le spezie sono stati sbarcati dalla nave. La maggior parte delle navi sono ora trasformati in case. Inoltre, Zeeburg è noto per la sua architettura moderna. Si tratta di un quartiere tranquillo, a 10 minuti con il tram per il centro.

Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Bus and tram nearby, takes 10 minutes downtown. One has to get "used" to the bathroom. Drinks and snacks offered by the host priceworthy. Even in fall nice place to bserve water and ships. Advise: Park car outside of town and use I Amsterdam Card

Hier kommt man an und ist zuhause- wer nicht ein 5sterne hotel sucht sondern etwas aussergewöhnliches ist hier goldrichtig. das boot ist mit das schönste gewesen was wir an unterkünften je erlebten. die besitzer sind ausgesprochen sympatisch und freundlich. mit bus oder rad ist die stadt in ca. 10 minuten gut zu erreichen. alles in allem: PERFEKT!!

Un'esperienza positiva (s):

Wir hatten das Hausboot von 29.04.-03.05.2011. Als wir ankamen, sind wir mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln von der Central Station zum Boot gefahren. Mit Bus Nr. 42 ist man für 2,60 EUR in 10 Minuten da, Busticket gegen Bargeld direkt im Bus zu kaufen, er hält fast direkt vor dem Hausboot (ca. 50 Meter). Die Vermieter warteten bereits am Boot zu unserer Begrüßung. Corine und ihr Mann waren waaaaahnsinnig nett und sehr hilfsbereit - die Holländer sind ein sehr nettes Volk ;-). Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Schlafraum unter Deck ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Als wir ankamen stand ein großer, frischer Blumenstrauß im "Führerhaus-Wohnzimmer", alles war so lieb hergerichtet. Die Vermieter haben sogar unseren Kühlschrank mit Getränken gefüllt - und das zu sehr fairen Preisen (Cola 0,50 EUR, Bier 0,70 EUR etc.). Kaffeemaschine/Filter/Kaffeepulver, Teebeutel, Wasserkocher, alles war da - das fanden wir sehr angenehm. Wireless Internet hat nicht funktioniert, leider :-(

Che cosa può essere migliorato:

Wir haben nichts vermisst, und es war wirklich schön. Aber es gibt drei Dinge, die wir anregen möchten: 1. Fahrräder inkl. wäre toll (wenigstens zwei), dann könnte man bei einem Kurztrip den Zeitaufwand (für Rad mieten/holen + zurückbringen) nicht haben. Das gibt es bei vielen Hausbooten, haben wir gesehen... 2. Eine Kochplatte wäre toll (wenigstens eine ;-) - dann hätte man sich zum Frühstück mal ein Ei braten können o. ä. - die Mikrowelle haben wir allerdings nicht benutzt... 3. Es war nachts sehr kühl im Schlafraum 4. Kauft Euch doch eine Fritzbox für Euer WirelesInternet, die funkionieren prima!!!

After having this experience we will never stay in a hotel in amsterdam again, the house boat was so much beter! highly recomended! The house boat was a real experience, it was stunning, soulful and super comfortable. Our hosts were lovely and made us feel very welcome, it was full of small personal touches that really make a diffrence and they were very accomodating to children. The booking company made it easy to book and were helpful, efficient and available when needed.
