Amsterdam apartments for 4-6 persons

Comfortable apartment (150 m2) for 4-6 people with three bedrooms. The property is at the Joseph Israelskade in Amsterdam South, near the Okura Hotel, the Albert Cuyp market and the RAI. Overlooking a canal.
Layout: Ground floor: spacious living room (large flat screen TV, tuner, CD player, iPod connection, Wifi). Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, etc.).
Under Ground floor: master bedroom with double bed (180 x 200). Second and third bedroom with each two single beds. There is also a cot available (120 x 60 cm). Bathroom with bath and separate rain shower.
Behind the house you will find the garden.
There are two bikes with child seats which you may use.

Suitable for 4-6 persons. Can only be booked by families or by couples, groups of male or female friends older than 30 years.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS

Amsterdam South is one of the most prosperous areas in the city of Amsterdam. There is a lot of economic activity and there are shopping streets with style. Many good restaurants and nice cafes bring charm and atmosphere. Moreover, the Vondelpark is located in this part of the city. You will also find the world famous museums: Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Anne Frank House and the Amsterdam Historical Museum.

Positive experience (s):

The apartment was fully loaded with many positives ; large flatscreen TV, HD channels with many in English, iPod Dock Speakers System, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Picnic table in backyard, Owner's Personal Library, Cabinet filled with board games, Rain Shower, Heated Floors in toilet, TV in master bedroom ... All these points give the apartment a comfortable and cosy feel ... and you truly feel like a real 'amsterdamer' !!

What can be improved:

The only two pain points are ; 1. Apartment is on the ground and basement levels - hence a little lack of privacy (yet curtains are installed). 2. Apartment is far from city center ... about 45min walk to Dam's Square (though location still has its charm since its in a upscale quiet residential area)
