Bed and Breakfast (35 m2) on a houseboat. The Spera II is a small Kempenaer built in 1954 as cement boat. Located on the Borneokade in Zeeburg, 10 minutes from Central Station. You will stay in the cabin, the rear of the ship, the owner stays in the former cargo space of the ship. Through the cockpit with its own entrance, you enter the old captains area. Layout: living room (TV, CD player) with sofa bed (200 x 120), kitchen (dishwasher, oven / microwave). Bedroom with double bed (120 a 140 x 200), second bedroom with single bed (90 x 200). Bathroom with small bath and shower. Entirely heated by CV. A sun deck where you can relax on top of the cabin or on the aft deck with panoramic views over the harbor with passing ships. Wireless Internet available on request. Maximum height 190 cm. Breakfast ingredients you'll find in the refrigerator. Including 2 bikes.

Eine romantische, wunderschöne Unterkunft; genug Stauraum für Kleidung, sehr nette Besitzer,sprechen perfekt Deutsch; ruhige Lage, 2 min. zu Fuss von Busshaltenstelle entfernt, ca. 10 min Bussfahrt bis zum Hauptbahnhof/Zentrum. Zum Frühstuck war alles ausreichend da. Man kann kochen, Enkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe.

Vielleicht ein Paar Kleinigkeiten im Bad.

es ist genau wie auf de, bild.ein sehr huebsches und gemuetliches boot mit allem drum und dran (tv,radio,mikrowelle...) das fruehstueck steht im kuehlschrank bereit und ist sehr vielfaeltig. die qnbindung qns zentrum ist sehr einfach. sehr ruhige und schoene lage.wir aren sehr beeindruckt und zufrieden.
